The term ‘Healthy Animal Products’ or ‘HAP’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of this website. Healthy Animal Products is a division of the limited company P P Gregory Ltd based in Shropshire, United Kingdom. Company No. 4096235 registered in the UK, VAT No. 594 0006 55. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Before purchasing any products from this website, we strongly recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully. Using this website to purchase products indicates that you accept the terms and conditions presented on these pages.

If you register as a member and select a user ID and password, it is your responsibly to ensure that this information is kept safe and confidential from third parties and any unauthorised use.
It is forbidden to use this site for unlawful purposes and may give rise to a claim for damages and/or may be a criminal offence. Should any unlawful actions occur Healthy Animal Products will not be held responsible.

Purchase of Goods
The products available on this website are only available for purchase by customers located in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and all prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£). We do not accept orders from outside the UK. Persons accessing this site from countries outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk.
All goods purchased and supplied are for personal use only and are not to be sold or offered for re-sale.
VAT at 20% rate is applied to all standard rated products.
By placing an order through our website you are confirming that any animal details provided are accurate and all information given at the time of order is correct.

Delivery
All orders placed online or via telephone are dispatched on the same day or the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) via 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For or Parcelforce using their Express 48 service. Parcelforce deliveries will require a signature. Exceptional circumstances can occur and we maintain the right to allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.

Payment
Healthyanimalproducts.co.uk use PayPal or Shopify to process all payments via credit card, debit card or direct PayPal accounts. PayPal or Shopify will confirm to the buyer when a payment has been processed. Healthy Animal Products will issue an order acknowledgement on receipt of all payments.

Order Confirmation
On receipt of an order, Healthy Animal Products will issue an acknowledgement. All orders are accepted on the website subject to availability. If an item has unexpectedly become unavailable when you place an order, we will contact you by email and if necessary provide a full refund. If, for any reason, we are unable to contact you using the details you have supplied to us, we will cancel the part of the order which is not available and refund your account with the appropriate amount. The remainder of the order will be dispatched under the normal terms.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 7 days of making the order. If within this 7 days, you wish to cancel your order please email sales@healthyanimalproducts.co.uk to request a ‘Returns Form’. This will be sent to you by email. If the product has already been dispatched, on receipt, it must be returned to Healthy Animal Products with the ‘Returns Form’ at the purchaser’s expense. All goods must be returned in an unused and unopened condition with all seals/wrappers in place (unbroken). Healthy Animal Products will inspect all returned products and if satisfactory, a full refund will be given, providing return carriage has been paid in full by the purchaser. If there is any shortfall, this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns Policy
All orders should be opened and examined on receipt. Any problems must be reported back to Healthy Animal Products within 7 days of dispatch. Please contact sales@healthyanimalproducts.co.uk immediately if there is a problem. If Healthy Animal Products have made a mistake with the order, this will be rectified as soon as possible and all shipping costs will be borne by Healthy Animal Products.
If goods are damaged, please supply photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt of the order to allow a full refund or re-issue of the order. After this period we cannot accept liability for damaged goods.

– Prohibited Substances
All products contained in the HEALTHY HORSE RANGE do not knowingly contain any of the materials listed in the FEI Prohibited Substances List. We cannot offer any further guarantees beyond this statement. Every effort is made to avoid accidental contamination and Healthy Animal Products will not be held responsible should any positive doping results occur.
All worming products are regulated by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) and our premises are approved by the VMD and the Local Authority Trading Standards Feed Hygiene Regulations.

General
If any failings should occur under these terms and conditions, we will only be liable to repay the purchase price of the product and will not be liable for any consequential loss of revenue, income, business, profits or loss of time.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England.
Force Majeure – In the event of a force majeure event, we will not be held responsible for being unable to uphold our responsibilities under any contract. Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible after the event.
